Our Malagasy Green syrup is made with Madagascan green peppercorns, infused with herbs and spices. This sauce’s pepper flavour is mild, aromatic and deliciously rich due to the addition of dark molasses and evaporated brandy. It works really well to enhance the flavour of stews, gravies or as a daring touch to pasta or even pizza. The creator of the sauce, Abe Conradie, recommends making a pepper sauce by deglazing steak with the sauce in the pan, adding some freshly ground pepper and reducing fresh cream with it. An adventurous sauce with bold flavours.
